Quick Fixes: non-animated Gifs and better export quality

This is just a quick fix:
-I fixed a bug where you cannot import non-animated webp, gif and apng images as a spritesheet or image sequence.
-I improved the export quality for image sequences and spritesheets (The default was set to 75% quality and is now 95%)
-improved export quality for Video-To-Gif conversion
