Huge update on the simple sprite sheet crop tool!

I made major improvements to this basic free version of the sprite sheet crop tool!

It now has a much better UI, resembling the PRO version, you have more control buttons, and you have a big preview of the animation (you can switch between Sprite sheet and Animation preview). You can export as GIF or WEBP animation.

Also now you can set the first and last frame that you want to include in the animation, and just like in the main version you can now set an image offset for the frames, and crop and preview the sprite sheet as an animation!
As well you can now set the frame rate with decimals (e.g. 2.5 frames per second!)!
